Thanks for the book—let me apologize in advance for not reading it—I’m bogged down with class prep and paper deadlines. If it is any consolation, you would not be the first to possess what might be construed as a problematic MMPI profile and still be quite successful. The most famous example was Timothy Leary. It is not uncommon for successful academics to look something like a sociopath on the MMPI though they might not know that or admit it.
