President Bush:

I am forwarding an email message I sent to President Obama at his web page. I have previously written to Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez about this matter. He is familiar with this issue. You can reach Judge Gonzalez at telephone number 615-460-8400.

President Obama:

As you know there is evidence that I am committing a felony against the Government of the United States. There is evidence that I am engaged in a long-term scheme to defraud the federal government of up to about a half million dollars. I am forwarding an email message I sent to Professor Laurence Tribe at Harvard about this matter. Perhaps you could talk to Professor Tribe and work out a prosecution strategy that you could present to the Justice Department. This matter needs to be prosecuted, but I don’t think the DOJ knows how to do that. Incidentally, Professor Tribe used to be an Akin Gump consultant so he has connections with the firm. You can reach Professor Tribe at telephone number 617-495-1767.

Professor Tribe:

I forward an email message I sent to Professor Daniel C. Richman at Columbia University Law School. Professor Richman was an adviser to former FBI Director James Comey. I thought that as a former Akin Gump consultant you’d be interested in this matter.

Professor Richman:

I thought you might have an academic interest in this unusual matter.

There is evidence that I am using a lawful order issued by the D.C. Superior Court to help me commit a felony — a significant financial fraud — against the Government of the United States.
